FDC may increase membership fees for a subsequent membership period at any time and for any reason, provided, however, that notice is given to members at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the membership.
FDC may terminate the membership and these Terms if it is unable to renew the membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
FDC member benefits and policies are subject to change without notice. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Right of access to the Program content granted under these Terms is effective only upon payment of the membership fees.
