An FDC Corporate Membership is an opportunity for companies to partner with the Female Design Council to directly subsidize memberships as a benefit for their female-identifying employees and receive bespoke, exclusive programming for their employees.
All companies within the design industry with five or more employees, from interior design studios, architecture and construction firms to manufacturers, makers, retailers and distributors are eligible for corporate membership. A private Membership Directory
Above and beyond granting individual memberships for a company's female-identifying employees, here's what the FDC offers when we partner with companies on corporate memberships:
a way to empower female-identified employees at all levels
the opportunity for mentorship from senior professionals in the design industry. Growing your team from the inside to steer toward senior leadership is critical.
the FDC as a resource for a company's leadership to both plan for and satisfy internal needs of employees and support the growth of femme-driven leadership from the inside.

FACILITATED PROGRAMMING FOR EMPLOYEES
The FDC will organize and facilitate a space for female-identifying employees of a specific company to discuss their careers, concerns and share resources. This can be a lunch and learn, an evening social event, or a community meeting over Zoom, led and managed by the FDC.
OPPORTUNITY TO SPONSOR AN FDC EVENT
The FDC regularly organizes exhibition tours, design mixers, panel discussions, studio tours and other programming for its members and the design community at large. Sponsorship of an event for FDC members includes offering a space/venue, covering refreshments, and covering costs for FDC leadership.
