FDC members are invited for a private tour of fellow FDC member Karina Sharif’s exhibition with Lyle Gallery. Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist Karina Sharif explores the divine Black femme experience through wearable and sculptural paper art, centering Black bodies, rest, and adornment. Her work, featured across NYC and at New York Fashion Week, spans both sculptural and functional forms—ranging from lighting and furniture to wearable art—crafted from paper, ceramic, and steel. Join us on Tuesday, February 18 from 6-7pm to learn about Karina’s work and mingle with fellow FDC members. Light refreshments will be served.
